Refund policy
We accept returns within 14 days of delivery for items that arrive damaged or defective due to production issues. To request a return or replacement, please contact us via email with your order number and clear photos of the issue.
Please note that damage caused by shipping carriers (including lost, mishandled, or delayed packages) is not covered under our return or exchange policy.
Because many of our items are made to order, we do not accept returns or exchanges for incorrect sizes, change of mind, or minor variations in color/design.
If your return is approved, we will provide further instructions and a label free of charge. Refunds or replacements will be issued once the issue is verified.
